Turbine Water Meter :

Woltmann turbine meters are less accurate than positive displacement and jet type meters at lower flow rates, however the flow path is straight through the meter, allowing for higher flow rates and less pressure loss than displacement style meters. The measuring assembly does not occupy or severely restrict the flow path resulting in a low pressure drop acrosss the meter.

They are accurate in normal working conditions but are greatly affected by the flow profile and fluid conditions, which should be given careful consideration before installation.

Vortex Water Meter :

Vortex Shedding flow meter detects the vortices that are created by a process medium going past a bluff body. The frequency of these vortices can be equated into flow velocity, which, in turn, is used to calculate volumetric flow rate. The integral temperature sensor is used in saturated steam service to determine the operating conditions and specific volume of the steam being measured.

Magnetic Water Meter :

Magnetic flow meters, commonly referred to as "mag meters", are technically a velocity-type water meter, except that they use electromagnetic properties to determine the water flow velocity.

Hot Water Meter :

Woltmann water meters are designed for measuring bulk flows of hot water up to 120°C in commercial and industrial applications.
